Shree Hanumanji: The first manager in the world (Management tips)

जय हनुमान ज्ञान गुन सागर।

Translation

☀Victory to thee, O'Hanuman! Ocean of Wisdom-All hail to you O'Kapisa! (Fountain-head of power, wisdom, and Shiva-Shakti) You illuminate all the three worlds Entire cosmos with your glory.

Interpretation

☀️Hanuman (The Manager) is with enough knowledge. He is a leader in his group. His working within an organization will be talked about in good essence irrespective of his presence or position within the organization. He remains active and get progress even he is any of the Loks(Situation). Three Loks are:  One Swarg(Heaven). When one is in the limelight one feels him in Swarg. Second Nark(Hell). When one has to hide from people he is in Nark. The third one is earth. When one is like other common people he is on earth.)

Management tips from Shree Hanuman

☀️He is represented as the leader of monkeys. When the directors of the organization or the rulers of a kingdom are shown as men or women. The manager and his team under his or her leadership are represented as something at a lower level than the human. The Manager never compares himself/herself with the directors/rulers and feels himself/herself at a lower level than them. When such comparison starts, he or she is no longer the manager, but the competitor of the directors or the rulers. 

☀️The manager should have enough knowledge so that the team under him could get guidance immediately and sort out the solution for any situation against the organization. His work should be such that he could enlighten the team in all situations. The situation may be regular, more comfortable, or critical.
