CA Foundation 2021 Registration Process With 10th Marksheet

  Documents You Required

   You should arrange a scanned copy of the below documents for the online registration of the CA Foundation Exam.

  1. Attested copy of the 10th Marksheet of 10th indicating the Name and Date of Birth.
  1. your scanned signature.
  1. scanned passport size photo.
  1. Attested copy of the proof of special category certificate i.e. ST/ SC/ OBC or differently-abled.
  1. Attested copy of the proof of Nationality, if the student is a foreigner.

  STEP 1 :-

New students who want to register for CA for the first time click here. The following screen will open. Please enter your details as shown on the screen: salutation, name, gender, DOB, email id, mobile number, country. Now click Generate OTP. The OTP will be sent to your mobile number and the verification link will be sent to your email ID.

STEP 2 :-

 Enter the captcha text. And click on the submit button to receive your OTP.

STEP 3 :-

Enter OTP to complete the validation and complete the Login process.

STEP 4 :-

Once OTP Validations is Completed, the Applicant will receive login credentials on Email/SMS for login and completion of the Course Registration Process. You can log in by clicking here. The following screen will open.

STEP 5 :-

After logging in, candidates will see 2 options. Select ‘Student Cycle’ on the left side. 

STEP 6 :-

Click ‘Apply for Foundation’ on the new screen. 

On the next window, some of the details will be already filled as you have entered them initially. The other details to be provided in the CA Foundation BOS Registration 2021 are:

  1. Marital Status
  2. Father’s Name
  3. Mother’s Name
  4. Aadhar Number (optional)
  5. Pan Number (optional)
  6. Your correspondence and permanent address
  7. City
  8. Pin code
  9. Category
  10. Nationality
  11. and other more details

STEP 7 :-

Next window will require details about your 10th and 12th qualification like Roll no, Board name, Year and month, Result details (Marks, Percentage/CGPA). You also have to upload the scanned copies of the original documents- 10th and 12th Marksheets. (12th Admit card in case of provisional registration.)

STEP 8 :-

Now upload your photograph and a specimen of scanned signature (should be on a blank white paper with blue ink.) The maximum aspect ratio of the image is width: 21 centimeters and length:27 centimeters. The file size of every scanned document should be less than 1 MB and in a pdf or jpeg file format. Satisfy the given condition to avoid rejection of the application. Click on Generate OTP and enter the OTP you received.

STEP 9 :-

The last step involves the payment of the CA Foundation registration fees. You will be redirected to the payment gateway. You can make the payment through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. On successful payment of the fee, the system will automatically generate the form along with a successful transaction message.

STEP 10 :-

Take a print of the automatically generated and filled CA Foundation form. Attach the required documents. Finally, you will have to post them to the postal address of ICAI. 

On completion of the registration process, the study material will be sent to the candidates through the Centralized Dispatch System (CDS).
